Dr. Wortman Recipes BBQ Pork ChopsThick boneless pork chops (Costco’s are best)Worchestershire sauceMontreal Chicken seasoning (from Costco)Olive oilScore pork chops with sharp knifeToss with other ingredients and marinate for an hour(extra pieces can be put in freezer bags and frozen for later use)BBQ over medium-high heatCan be stored in fridge and reheated or served cold with Dijon mustard. Blueberry Pecan Feta SaladOrganic mixed salad greens1 cup fresh blueberriesÂ_ cup crumbled fetaÂ_ cup chopped pecansMy Favourite Salad DressingToss ingredients in large salad bowlServe with BBQ Pork Chops  Never Boring Breakfast Fritata6 eggscheese (Swiss, Gruyere or cheddar)one cup creamchopped chives (or small amount of finely sliced onion)saltpepperMix eggs, cream, chives, salt and pepper in bowl(if using onions, saute them in butter in large frying pan)Apply medium heat to large frying pan, melt some butter and pour in egg mixturePlace cheese slices on topCook over low heat for a couple of minutesPlace under broiler until golden brownSlide from pan to cutting board and cut into wedges for servingLeftovers can be kept in fridge and reheated in microwaveServe with bacon, sliced tomato and Hellman's mayonnaiseGoes well with Franks Hot Sauce for added flavour

Tamara's Favorite RecipesShepherd PieCauli-Mashed1 head cauliflower (Cook the whole thing and mash)4 teaspoons coffee mate (I know it sounds weird, it's good, trust me)egg whitesI can't believe it's not butterMeat8oz ground buffalo (Don't catch them yourself)I can Hunt's Spaghetti SauceI/4 onion1 cup mushrooms1 cup zucchini1/2 cup green, red or yellow pepper (or use all of them)Spray pan with oil.  Add onions, mushrooms, peppers in a sauce pan.   Add buffalo and let brown. Boil cauliflower till it's super soft.  Drain and mash, add a little bit of egg whites, I can't believe it's not butter and coffee mate.  (Mix to taste)Layer the meat sauce and then add the Cauli-mashed on the top and brown in oven.Tamara's Favorite RecipesCabbage Rolls8oz Ground BuffaloI head cabbageCanned diced tomatoes1 egg1 clove garlic1 can Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce MixZucchini, Celery and OnionsBrown onions, celery, zucchini, garlic in a pan.  Add ground buffalo and then the spaghetti sauce (1/2 can).   Cook till it's thick.Boil entire cabbage head.   Then remove leaves.   Take two large leaves and add mixture.  Roll like a smoke and repeat.  Add them to pan.  When the pan is full, add the other 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce and bake.
